Position: Boochtender

We are looking for someone to work retail in our taproom.

Hours:
Thursdays-3:30-9:00PM
Fridays- 3PM-9PM
Saturdays- 10:30-5
Sunday-11-5PM
Base pay of $14 per hour + tips and discounted kombucha.

Duties would include:

  • Pouring samples and drinks on tap
  • Communicating with customers all of our offerings
  • Preparing craft mocktails
  • Processing all sales transactions
  • Excellent customer service (this job is a lot of education as many people do not know about kombucha or fermented drinks)
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all of the bar and entire retail area (mopping, sweeping, bathroom maintenance)
  • Change out draft kegs (will be taught how to do this, no worries if you do not know how!)
  • Restocking grab n' go fridge

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

  • LOVES kombucha and shrubs (a MUST!)
  • A passionate extrovert who enjoys a fast paced environment
  • Consistent weekend availability (this job is mainly each weekend)
  • Clear communicator-We are looking for someone who wants to share our story and product with as many people as possible and has a teachers heart to explain our products!
  • Team player

Qualifications include:

  • Bartending experience is highly preferred
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Food Handler Certification-If selected for position, we will pay for this 30 minute certification course that is required for all food and beverage service positions
