Strawberry Rhubarb Mocktail Spritzer-Submitted by Connie in Kenosha, WI
Juice of one full lemon
1/4 cup strawberries sliced
Over ice add all ingredients and top with sparkling water
*I love this one with a little ginger juice if you have it (1/2 tsp)
